Another 4 years have gone by and it's time to taste our way through the cultures of the World Cup once again! While the FIFA World Cup is kickin' it in Brazil this time around, we'll be taking a look at food from each country, match by match, throughout the duration of the competition (June 12- July 13th)! Each post will contain a little information about the street food culture as well as a recipe should you wish to prepare some for yourself to eat during the match. That covers the bite, but the booze part just as important! Each country will be paired with a signature cocktail, beer, or liquor choice that is popular in the culture being highlighted. I can't wait to make of few of these dishes and drinks myself. I hope you will all grab your nicest pair of soccer shorts and a fork as we raise a glass to the most monumental sporting event in the world!
